Greer Wood, DDS

Dr. Greer Wood’s passion for dentistry is deeply rooted in her diverse background & love for community. With degrees in violin performance, chemistry, & international business from Rollins College, she sought a career that combines science, art & personal connection. This journey led her to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry.

Committed to excellence and service, Dr. Wood accepted a scholarship with the U.S. Air Force. She completed an advanced residency at the U.S. Air Force Academy, receiving extensive training in oral surgery, periodontics, endodontics, prosthodontics & orthodontics. While stationed in North Dakota with her husband William, they welcomed their two children, Ragnar & Nova.

Eager to find a nurturing environment with year-round outdoor activities & a like-minded community, Dr. Wood and her family chose to settle in Sandpoint. She is thrilled to call Sandpoint home & is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to her new community. Passionate about preventative dentistry & natural alternatives, she strives to make a positive impact on her patients’ lives.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Wood enjoys spending quality time with her family—skiing, biking, cooking & gardening. She looks forward to building lasting relationships and contributing to the well-being of the Sandpoint community.
